We've had enormous success thanks to our incredible team! We are hiring Full Time House Cleaners/Housekeepers who are super motivated, wish to be in a stress free environment and want to earn starting at $15 per hour! We are looking to start a long time work relationship and we do this by offering great pay and benefits but also an excellent environment and recognition for your efforts.
Spotless Shine: Started in 2015 Spotless Shine is a growing cleaning service. Our Goal is to improve the quality of cleaning services provided in Granbury by not only providing outstanding services but also educating those around us .
Schedule:
Thursday - Monday: 9 am - 5 pm.

Job Title: Cleaning Professional (Cleaning Pro)
Responsible to: Shine Success Coordinators
Supervises: (No supervisory responsibilities; may lead a team of cleaning techs on occasion)
Purpose of Position: To provide cleaning services to the business’ customers as stipulated in the service plans and work orders
Duties & Responsibilities:
Cleaning
Learning, training and following the Speed Cleaning training system
Providing cleaning services according to the Work Order
Following all company policies and procedures on the job
Reporting in/out of jobs using designated process (app, paperwork, phone call to office)
Inspecting my own work. If leading a team, inspecting the work of others
Picking up needed equipment for special cleaning jobs
Completing any job-related ‘paperwork’ as required by company processes
Maintaining a 4 star and above customer satisfaction rating
Confidentiality
Keeping safe all private/confidential customer information and property, such as but not limited to Work Orders, alarm codes, customer whereabouts, house contents/customer possessions
Picking up and return to the office promptly (per company processes) any customer payment (cash, check) and customer keys
Communications
Communicating with the customer while in the home performing job duties
Communicating any customers needs and/or issues to the company customer service person
Reporting to the customer service person if conditions in the home change or find the home in a condition not consistent in the Work Order
Safety
Following company safety policies and guidelines
Professionally representing the company
Appearing clean and professional while working; wearing the company-stipulated uniform/work attire
Washing, maintaining, & replacing uniform and supplies
Taking care of work supplies
Washing/cleaning of supplies including cleaning towels/cloths
Refilling cleaners
Replenishing cleaning tools and equipment. Alerting the office if tools and equipment are supplied by the company
Maintaining own vacuum or, if using the customer’s, emptying it and returning it to the designated location
Responsible for own transportation and related costs such as gas and insurance
(In some cases,) leading a team of cleaning techs
Inspecting own work and work of others
